Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of being accepted, to arrive with UK customers within five working days. However, during busy periods delivery may take up to seven working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will be in contact with you to notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as we can.

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is an approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. In this case, you will only pay a single delivery charge.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY - £7.95

Standard delivery within the UK costs £7.95 irrespective of the weight of the parcel. Orders should ordinarily arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch. However during busy periods deliveries may take up to 7 working days. Parcels are shipped using the Royal Mail Track and Trace service and we will notify you by email, upon dispatch of your tracking reference. If no-one will be at the specified delivery address when the courier attempts delivery, we recommend that, when placing your order you ask for the package to be left in a 'safe place' - i.e. in the porch, with a neighbour etc. Simply enter your designated place under delivery instructions as part of your order.

NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY - up to £15.00

We do offer a next-day delivery service for UK addresses, excluding post-codes below, only as long as the items ordered are in stock and the order is placed on weekdays before 1pm. Next Day delivery is weight dependant which is automatically calculated when you place your order. For parcels under 500g the cost is £10.00, under 2000g the cost is £12.00 and over 2000g, the cost is £15.00.

Please note that orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Next Day Deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day or TNT. A signature will be required, consequently if no-one is at the specified delivery address when delivery is attempted, a card will be posted through your door. If no-one will be at the specified delivery address when the courier attempts delivery, we recommend that, when placing your order you ask for the package to be left in a 'safe place' - i.e. in the porch, with a neighbour etc. Simply enter your designated place under delivery instructions as part of your order. We will notify you by email upon dispatch of your tracking reference.

Unfortunately we are not able to make next day deliveries at the weekend, nor can we provide a next day service to UK Islands, Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland, which are included in the following postcodes: AB17-20, 26-69, 40+ PA20+ PH 4+ KA 27-28 HS IV KW ZE PO30-41 IM1-9 BT and TR21-25. Please contact us directly if you do urgently require delivery to these areas and we will do our best to help and provide you with a quote.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

We offer delivery to the following overseas countries; Europe, USA, New Zealand and Australia with a delivery time of 5-7 working days. If you require delivery to a different country then please contact us directly using orders@reallywildclothing.co.uk or telephone 01491 352 600 and we will endeavour to provide you with a specific quote.

Our Overseas Delivery charges are based upon the weight of the parcel and are automatically calculated upon placement of an order. These charges are listed in the table below.

For delivery to countries which are members of the EU, import duties and taxes are not applied. For all other countries, VAT is automatically deducted from the order but the delivery charge does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
