Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order then we are happy to provide an exchange or refund, providing the items are returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with tags attached.
For UK customers, please return any goods within 14 days upon receipt of your original order and for overseas customers; please return any goods within 21 days. For Christmas, we have extended our returns policy until 14 days after December 25th.
To return an item please complete the returns form included with your order, with clear indication to the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange. This information will help us deal with your return quickly and also help us to improve the quality of our products in the future.
Please note that all returns must be sent to The Really Wild Clothing Company at the address below or returned to our flagship store at The Royal Berkshire Shooting School. Goods can not be returned to our stockists if bought directly from us.

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us. For Customers Overseas, please make sure it is clearly stated on the parcel that the goods are being returned to the manufacturer for a refund/exchange.
We always aim to process exchanges as quickly as possible and hopefully within 5 working days if the item is in stock. We do regret that we are unable to offer free returns; however replacement items will be sent to Mainland UK addresses, free of Delivery Charge.
If exchanging goods and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via the original payment method. If exchanging goods and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.
All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and will be processed within 5 days. We will email you on the day the refund is processed.
Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.
