Returns Policy
If you wish to return any items purchased online, please follow the following steps:1. If you wish to return an item, you must notify your intention to return it, in writing, within 7 working days from the date you received your goods. The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of invoice date (UK customers); 21 days (Europe excluding UK); 28 days (Rest of the World).
2. All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition.
3. Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order as this will help speed up the refund process. You are entitled to a refund within 30 days of returning your item.
4. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.
5. Any item purchased via telephone, mail order or internet, must be returned directly to:

Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card . We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta & Switch. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Delivery
If your goods are in stock they will be dispatched within two weeks of receiving the order by registered post. However, most orders are dispatched within a few days. If, for some reason they are out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delay immediately.
